Silver Flake

HighPoint can install & maintain many different types of electrolytic silver recovery systems or service any customer owned equipment that produces silver flake.

When to use?            

HighPoint can service any customer owned machine or we can install one of our own systems to meet your needs.

 

Service includes:

· Harvesting silver flake.

· Normal cleaning/maintenance.

· Payment within 10 days.

 

Note:

· New/Used machines are limited to stock on hand.

· Backup Canister is required on all systems.

· Must produce at least 2-3 gallons of fixer waste a day to qualify.

 

 

 

 

 

Service/Payment

This method of silver recovery is used in larger applications and is where the silver is recovered from the silver bearing fixer solution by an electroplating process.

 

Depending on the machine and when properly maintained, 70-90 percent of the potential available silver can be recovered and paid back to the customer.

 

Combining electrolytic silver recovery with a required steel wool backup canister will result in meeting local, state and federal regulations of less the 5 ppm (parts per million) discharge to the waste water treatment. plant
