Tim Guimond

Owner/Director of Operations

 

Tim is the director of operations for HighPoint Environmental LLC, a firm established in January of 2006.  HighPoint specializes in silver bearing precious metals recycling, aluminum litho plate recycling, light bulb waste recycling, electronic waste recycling, a variety of waste mail back programs and consulting services to help companies meet the requirements of OSHA’s (Occupation Safety & Health Administration) safety and health regulations. 

 

Tim oversees the day to day operations for HighPoint and the recycling division.  He has extensive knowledge in the silver recovery field that caters to hospitals, clinics, chiropractors, veterinarians, dental offices and industrial locations.  He also has his degree in accounting from Brainerd, MN College. 

 

Tim’s background includes 9 years of work for Safety-Kleen, a nationally known company for hazardous waste and environmental services at the Blaine, MN branch.  He also spent 10 years as controller and graphics designer for Warco/Variant Inc, a small specialty advertising firm in Minneapolis, MN.

 

Tim is a faith driven person that enjoys church, fishing, weightlifting, golfing, vintage snowmobiles and following Minnesota sports.  He grew up near Isle, MN on Lake Mille Lacs and now resides in Blaine, MN. 

 

 

 

Kirk Cristilly

Owner/Director of Safety & Health

 

Kirk is the founder of HighPoint Environmental and oversees the safety & health division of HighPoint.

 

Kirk has extensive knowledge and understanding of OSHA (Occupation Safety and Health Administration) regulations.  He specializes in total facility compliance that includes Minnesota Right to Know, Minnesota AWAIR Program, Bloodborne Pathogens, Forklift Certification, Respiratory Protection, Emergency Evacuation, Fire Prevention, Lockout/Tagout, facility safety audits, hazardous waste audits, waste permitting and manifest training.  His on site training brings a fresh energetic style to safety and health training.

 

Kirk’s background includes over 11 years of work for Safety-Kleen, a nationally known company for hazardous waste and environmental services at the Eagan, MN branch.  He also has spent over 5 years as an independent safety & health consultant and has given several speeches on safety, health and handling hazardous waste for the Anoka County and Ham Lake Councils.

 

Kirk is a family man that enjoys working on home remodeling projects, golfing and playing the drums for a band called Skunk Monkey.  Kirk grew up in the Duluth, MN area and now resides in Coon Rapids, MN.
