Electronic Waste Recycling

Minnesota Law states that any electronic waste that contains a circuit board or CRT(Cathode Ray Tube) must be recycled.   .

What we offer?

HighPoint provides recycling services for businesses that produce electronic waste such as:

· Computers -  Monitors - Keyboards

· Printers - Copiers

· Telephones - Fax Machines

· Many other electronic wastes

Note:

· Hard drives are destroyed to protect sensitive data.

· Certificates of Destruction are available upon request.

HighPoint has a no landfill approach and no oversees approach to handling its electronic wastes.  We carefully select our buyers and disposal sites to make sure they meet these standards as well.

Most items are dismantled and segregated into various Gaylord boxes.  Materials consist of steel, copper, aluminum, glass, plastic, circuit boards, memory chips and power supplies.  These raw materials are sent off for recycling back in the manufacturing process.

Monitors are sent domestically for glass  and lead recycling.
